Chalco Forging is a member of Chalco Group. It is one of the professional manufacturers of large-scale special forgings in China. Founded in 1965, the company mainly produces various kinds of annular and shaft forgings, such as flanges, tube sheets, ring forgings, rotary support forgings, casing, valve body, etc., made of various aluminium alloys, titanium alloys and other refractory alloys. It has various kinds of annular forgings, such as thick-walled rings, thin-walled rings and high-walled rings, with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons, with an outer diameter of 600 mm to 9,000 mm and a height of 1500 mm. Products are widely used in wind power, nuclear power, hydropower, gas turbine and other energy machinery and equipment; construction machinery, large-scale mechanical equipment and other transmission machinery; aerospace, weapons and other special industries; port machinery, offshore platforms and other marine and marine industries; petrochemical-pressure vessel equipment and other fields.
Forging production line: including extrusion and die pressing two production lines and auxiliary production lines. The extrusion production line mainly includes 12,500 tons horizontal hydraulic extruder, induction heating furnace, vertical quenching furnace, aging furnace, 1,500 tons stretching machine, large 12-roll straightener, high-speed band saw machine and other auxiliary equipment for mechanical processing. The die pressing production line mainly includes 30,000 tons of vertical die forging hydraulic press, 10,000 tons of vertical multi-direction die forging hydraulic press, 6,000 tons of vertical free forging hydraulic press, 5m ring rolling mill, billet heating furnace, superalloy furnace, die heating furnace, vertical quenching furnace, aging furnace and mechanical processing and other auxiliary equipment; the auxiliary production line mainly includes high-pressure water pump station, circulating water pump station, air pressure station, sewage treatment station, etc. 20t die quenching furnace and 8m gantry planer, 6m gantry milling machine, 4m gantry milling machine, 3M gantry milling machine, 6m CNC gantry milling machine (GMB2560), C523 vertical lathe, C534 vertical lathe and other mechanical processing equipment. It mainly produces large and medium-sized aluminium, magnesium, steel, Superalloy Forgings and large-scale aluminium alloy extruded products (tubes, rods, profiles, belts) and other products. It is widely used in aviation, aerospace, transportation, military and other industries. Aluminum, magnesium, titanium, superalloy, special steel and other metals and their alloy products have more than 80 alloy brands, nearly 2000 varieties.
